How is one engineer cheaper than hiring a team?
The $7,000-a-month rate replaces the output of a team of six full-time engineers previously assigned to the same product, by having one experienced engineer direct and review parallel AI coding agents instead of writing everything by hand.
What's actually included in the $7,000 a month?
The full product lifecycle — requirements gathering, technical specs, UI mockups, implementation (test-driven development), automated QA (Playwright visual-regression testing), and release — plus every tool licence I use, including Claude Code.

What happens if you're unavailable — illness, or another commitment?
This is built as a close partnership, not a vendor hand-off — we stay in frequent contact so you always know where things stand, and delivery flexes around anything that comes up rather than stalling. As a practical safety net, every line of code lives in your own repository from the first commit, so nothing is ever locked away waiting on me.
Is code quality maintained even though AI agents write it?
Yes — every feature follows spec-first, test-driven development, with automated Playwright visual-regression QA before release, and all architecture, correctness, and production-risk decisions are reviewed and owned by the engineer, not the AI agents.
What's not included in the flat rate?
Projects that need heavy computation, large-scale data analysis, or unusual storage infrastructure are quoted separately, at cost, and agreed before any work starts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Billing is monthly, invoiced before the month starts — that reserves the whole month exclusively for your product. There's no long-term contract, so you can stop anytime; you keep everything built and owe nothing further, but a month already paid for isn't prorated back.
